Kindly note that we have been made aware that our pensioners who are Butterfield customers have not yet received their monthly benefit for August 2021. We have reached out to Butterfield and they are working to rectify this matter as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will provide an update on this matter once we know when this is going to be resolved.
